2 more cute cards from Laura. I know, I totally psyched you out on there not being any more design team ones. I forgot about a bunch I still had. (sheepish) This is getting close to the end of them, though.
Laura says, "I
have three, yes 3, wedding announcements on my fridge and figured it
was time to get the cards ready for all those summer wedding
celebrations!"

I finally mailed off this happy little guy to my stamp maker today:
He (along with his super-cute little matching baby whale, some other sentiments, waves and more) should be coming back to me in stamp form in a few weeks! I can't wait!
You probably noticed I've stuck with word-based stamps up to this point, and it's because I'm not very good at drawing. But I finally spent some time learning a few more things in Illustrator, and I am so excited to add images to my stamp sets.
More sets to come, including birds, cupcakes and hearts. Wow, that sounds super girly, huh? Hehe. What can I say? I'll do a masculine one for next Father's Day.
Laura says, "I've been wanting to try 6x12 for a while now and the Chase stamps were
the perfect size for the layout. I loved that I could stamp the
different colors and cut out what I needed. It seemed a lot easier than
using stickers."
Chase letter stamps. "2" is from Back to the Futura. Crowns are from Femme Royale (hey, look how they work on a boy page!).
Ink is by StazOn. Patterned paper is by Scenic Route.
A pretty thank you card by Laura that says "thanks" three ways. All stamps from the Thank You set.
Patterned paper by Scenic Route. Ink by Nick Bantock. Other: Red & white cardstock.
Laura says, "I tried something different with this
layout -- instead of sitting down and thinking 'what can I do with this
picture,' I gathered several things I wanted to use on a layout, found a picture that went with it and challenged myself
to just make it work."
Letter stamps: Chase
"Boy!" stamp: Baby Shower
StazOn ink, Sassafrass Lass paper and owl, Glitz Designs chipboard bird
